Job description

As an International Product Manager, you will have a strategic as well as an operational key role within the organization. You work actively with portfolio management and will be responsible for our Surgical Drapes & PPE portfolio. You will be supplier owner for one of our key accounts where your main task is to plan and optimize the portfolio, but also set a long-term strategy that you actively follow up on.


This position is highly commercially oriented, and you will work in close cooperation with a dedicated sales team in the Nordics and Benelux. Together, you will implement market strategies and commercial activities, with organic growth as the main goal in mind.


You will be the main contact person for our suppliers within your portfolio, managing both incoming inquiries about our product range and pricing. Together with the QA/RA team, you are responsible for the regulatory work related to the products as well as technical product documentation and registration according to the quality management system. You have an important role in the tender process as the majority of Mediplast's sales come through public procurement.

Job requirements

Our new Product Manager has solid clinical experience. We believe you are a licensed nurse, preferably within OR. If you have previous experience from a Product Manager role, Key Account Manager, or similar commercial role within the MedTech-industry it’s an advantage, but not a must.


You have an excellent understanding of market trends and pronounced insight within your product area to be able to create tailored solutions to our customers. You are happy to share your knowledge internally through both theoretical and practical training sessions.


In order to be successful in the role, it is important that you are business and results oriented, as you will work in close cooperation with our Tender and Sales teams. You build strong relationships with colleagues cross-team and cross-country, while working in an independent role where you run your own projects related to your portfolio.

Fluent English, both written and spoken is mandatory for this position. Some travelling is included in the job description.
